For my first acrylic painting in Painting and Printmaking, we were told to create an apple. We started by practicing multiple times, and when we were ready we took our own pictures of an apple and we asked to replicate it. I spent a lot of time blending to create the right colors and right highlights. One thing that I struggled with when practicing was creating those highlights, so I’m really proud of the highlights I created on this final one. I’m sharing this project because I enjoyed learning how to paint a still life and I am proud of how it turned out.
